Seven organisations from seven countries — VET schools, an adult education centre, a higher education institution, two consultancies and a certification body — working together for the first time. Together they bring expertise in green skills, digital education, adult learning, entrepreneurship, sustainability education, certification and technical VET.
An inclusive vocational school at upper-secondary level that also works in adult education, with 55 teachers and around 720 learners aged 16 to 45. Its motto is learning “with hand and head”.

A VET provider and accredited higher education institution in Riga, founded in 2010, specialising in hospitality and tourism education with a strong focus on digital innovation and sustainable practice.

An accreditation, certification and qualification body with 15 years of experience, acting as National Service Provider of Certiport for the recognition of digital competences.

The largest educational institution in the Pirot district, with 147 years of tradition in electrical, mechanical and traffic engineering, and an Erasmus+ accreditation for VET.

Each work package is led by the partner with the strongest expertise in that area and supported by a second partner, while all partners contribute to every result. The coordinator concentrates on project management and quality assurance.
The partners meet online every month and in person at four transnational partner meetings — in Vienna in December 2025 and in Riga in July 2026 so far.
News from our meetings →X-VET is supported by 26 letters of interest and support from organisations in the partner countries and beyond — including Cyprus, Greece, Slovenia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Türkiye. Associated partners take part in piloting, give feedback, involve their learners and staff, and help spread the results.
